    Delicious breads and pastries worth coming back for!
    The good thingsWhat I like the most is the supportive and friendly work environment. Everyone helps each other, which makes tasks easier and more enjoyable.
    The challengesOne challenge I don't like is the pressure during peak hours, but I'm learning to handle it better.

    Low Salary, Lack of Manpower & Poor Management
    The good thingsFree one staff meal bread every day but specific breads only are the available.
    The challenges10 hours duty automatically 1 hour OT everyday , Fixed 13 days salary, Poor Management, On the Description you are Cashier but you need to do Dispensing, Slice the breads, Cashier, Mopping ,Cleaning Tongs and Trays , Ever corner you need to clean every day Lack of Manpower in one store 4 people only 2 for opening 2 for closing so many reports to send and also the salary is very low force OT and also OT-Y happens.

    The management is mismanaged. Too much politics. Problems with staff salary (OT with no pay, unused leave, no day off during peak) no proper investigation during customer feedback.
    The good thingsLeftover breads of the day will be given to charity.

    Fun & Challenging
    The good thingsHad a great team! Had fun working with diff personnel in diff areas. Was able to perform more than one facet of HR. Was able to hone interpersonal and communication skills. Was able to travel too (though because of work only).
    The challengesUnder compensation. Allowances are heavily cut short and travel expenses aren't enough during work travels. Company has HUGE hesitations when it comes to perks or benefits of its employees.

    The challengesThe challenging part working was on how to handle hassleness and to communicate every customers how to make them comfortable and satisfy of my service Especially how to make our work easily and greatfully .Also how to encourage a customers to buy a lot of our product so that we got a big sales to make also the company owner happy .And the most challeging part at work was how to make u feel love your work and co team workers.

    The good thingsAs a secretary I have no doubts to my job, and I enjoy every time I working there. And my boss are so very touchable to my work.
