    You would definitely have a Work Life Balance.
    The good thingsThe environment is good, they have a interactive activities every other Friday were you can enjoy and have fun with games and foods. Benefits are great you get HMO once you start, food and transpo allowance, also every month there is a free massage for everyone.
    The challengesChallenge would be they are strict with attendance.

    The good thingsI enjoy working with a supportive and professional team. My tasks are clear, and I can improve my skills as an administrative assistant. The work helps me learn new systems and stay organized.
    The challengesSome tasks can be improved by better communication and clearer instructions. Additional training would help make the work faster and easier.

    Overall, a great experience so far
    The good thingsThe team I got into is great as well as the client. The Joy Club is good and the monthly 15 minute massage as well.
    The challengesWednesday treat selection could be improved, for example the cold treat during the rainy season wasn't the best option.

    A company that has a work life balance setting and supports employee
    The good thingsI enjoyed the experience being part of the company and also the client assigned with me was good and thoughtful just like the HR. I enjoyed the Joy Clubs. Social Clubs, tekken tournaments and free food (fried rice and wednesday treats) that can help the employee to unwind and relaxed.
    The challengesStrict attendance (1 minute late was considered as deduction to ltab credits lol)

    Culture and office ambience is outstanding.
    The good thingsI love the fixed early morning work schedule and weekends off. This gives us a true work-life balance. Not to mention the incredible employee engagements our company have.
    The challengesThe company is amazing, the best one I've had so far. Challenges I face are just personal circumstances, maybe.

    I love working here, and I'm not just saying that. I mean it.
    The good thingsI like Joy club, the food, the events are fun and the people are kind. The HR really cares for your well being and they listen to you when you're having a tough time, they would find ways to help you improve your current situation.
    The challengesUhh if you're late 1 minute after your shift started or 15 minute break or 1 hour lunch breaks. Is still a big challenge for me but I got used to it.

    The good thingsWhen I decided to apply to this company, I enjoyed the recruitment process. Whilst I was confident with my resume, I was asked questions as if they were interested in getting me hired for the position and letting me into the company. I think they do their best to try fit you with their clients. You can always ask questions and expect them to be answered. When I finally got hired, there was until now fun weekly experience with Joy Clubs. Not imperative to join but it would be fun to participate. There are games you may play during break time or after shift. You may request videoke if you would want to sing also after shift. There are Wednesday treats, free massage, year-end party, other events, etc. There can be lots of things going on. Pretty much a nice working environment for me.
    The challengesJust avoid getting late, or overbreak if you wish to enjoy the daily allowance working onsite.

    Great company that allows you to balance work and life. Management is very supportive.
    The good thingsEvery Friday, there is a Joyclub where you can spend time with your colleagues and enjoy some food. Every Wednesday, you can have a massage, ice cream or Taho.
    The challengesThe challenge was that employees needed to clock in/out and take lunch/breaks into the system, but this was due to the rewards system for accomplishing complete attendance.

    Great company and client!...but still needs to improve their policy.
    The good thingsThe good thing here depends on the client you are working with. Mine's fine but still needs to improve but I cannot complain because I like working with my teammates overall. I am glad that there are changes happening especially for the social club where employees are given each month a break from work to have a gathering may it be a recreational activity or just a simple eat out. "Joyclub" every Friday is a good way to end the week too!
    The challengesThey need to change their policy regarding the perfect attendance since you need to file your leaves five days beforehand which for me is somehow stringent. 3 days beforehand would be a better solution as well filing sick leaves which would affect your perfect attendance.

    Overall, the experience was great. No politics involved.
    The good thingsFree Rice - Fried Rice in the morning, Free Coffee & Milo - ice are free too (you just get some in the fridge), once a month free 15 minute massage, free ice cream or taho every wednesday, free use of amenities such as consoles, free snacks on Joy club (held every friday 2:30pm). There are also free medicine and first aid kits (vitamin c - included) for employees health. Regarding the HR/Admin team, all of them are easy to get along with, they are supportive and would take suggestions and consider them seriously - this goes for the IT team as well which you can easily reach out whenever you require technical assistance.
    The challengesThe 15 minutes only break time and 1 hour lunch was a culture shock. Though you'll get used to it in the long run.

    The good thingsI love the effort they put in to make it a fun environment such as social clubs and joy clubs, Year End Parties, team building activities, free massage & food, etc. They really consider the welfare of their employees.

    My experience with the company was characterized by a positive work environment, supportive colleagues, and ample opportunities for growth and development.
    The good thingsThe company fosters a positive environment and promotes a healthy work culture. It genuinely values and prioritizes work-life balance.
    The challengesI appreciate the importance of punctuality in Australian culture. However, it would be beneficial if we could loosen up the regulations on allowances and the long-term bonus policy slightly. Additionally, allowing food items such as sandwiches, bread, and fruits inside the operation floor would enhance satisfaction.

    The challengesThey say they respect their employees but when i was let go by the client, the management just gathered my things and left them outside the office. I also did not enjoy the "joyclub" program because it always felt forced.
