    Gained experience and skills but faced issues with management and office politics.
    The good thingsAt Bounty Fresh, I really enjoyed the work itself—being involved in the daily operations, keeping things running smoothly, and seeing tasks get done on time.
    The challengesOne challenge I faced was that some managers acted entitled, and even after multiple reports, issues weren’t really addressed. There was also a bit of office politics, which sometimes made teamwork harder. I think things could improve with more accountability and better communication.

    Average Working Experience
    The good thingsWork life balance including team building, basketball, badminton, gym. You will be able to talk to your boss on or off work. Overtime is not required/necessary. You will be able to enjoy your time after work. They conduct trainings and seminars for you to learn new things.
    The challengesFast paced. Quick decisions, planning, and organizing. Slow career movement. Unused leave credits not convertible to cash. No yearly salary increase.

    Good company to work with but with some challenges
    The good thingsThey have free monthly training for employees, colleagues are friendly and non toxic immediate superior. You can time out on the dot. They have activities like basketball & work out gym. Salary on time.
    The challengesNo yearly salary increase and bonus. Lack of employees recognition, appreciation and perks. No pantry. Slow promotion. More on clerical works.

    in my 9 months in bounty fresh food inc. as a hatchery supervisor i was said that i learned a lot..like making a report how to manage people you handle and how to conversation to customer,and i learn that negative feed back will make me a better employee
    The good thingsthe good things that i experienced that the employer would help me to develop my skill and improve my knowledge.and how to become a effective and efficient employee,and leader for a company.and help me to learn to face or how manage unexpected problem that we encounter for the customer.
    The challengesI should say that the great challenge i've experienced when i was knew and my partner leave me with out saying or train me how to do,But in GOD grace i did it,and find the problem a solution.I never forget it ,that was a big challenge for me when i still worked .
