    Gained experience and skills but faced issues with management and office politics.
    The good thingsAt Bounty Fresh, I really enjoyed the work itself—being involved in the daily operations, keeping things running smoothly, and seeing tasks get done on time.
    The challengesOne challenge I faced was that some managers acted entitled, and even after multiple reports, issues weren’t really addressed. There was also a bit of office politics, which sometimes made teamwork harder. I think things could improve with more accountability and better communication.

    A Toxic, Politically Charged Workplace Lacking Support and Recognition In this office, politics outweigh performance. Superiors fail to support their teams, shifting blame onto subordinates while displaying volatile behavior. Contributions are overlooked, and recognition is absent as leadership claims credit for others' efforts. The environment fosters discouragement rather than growth, making it difficult to thrive professionally.The office environment is highly political, with little to no support from immediate superiors. Instead of offering guidance, they often shift blame onto their subordinates when issues arise. Leadership tends to be short-tempered and dismissive, frequently taking credit for others' efforts without offering recognition or appreciation.

It can be challenging to communicate with them but they are great to keep in touch with their staff.     The good thingsThey have free monthly training for employees, colleagues are friendly and non toxic immediate superior. You can time out on the dot. They have activities like basketball & work out gym. Salary on time.
    The challengesNo yearly salary increase and bonus. Lack of employees recognition, appreciation and perks. No pantry. Slow promotion. More on clerical works.

Too many bosses the pulls the triger which brings the department to oftenly left out specially during appraisals. Contrary to the fact that almoat all difficult task are performed by technical staff.. we just "do more and more"........ No "security of tenure".... Top management always use to say "people come and go"
