Think carefully before accepting the roleThe good thingsWorking here is good when you want to learn about birds because they have a lot of birds and how to take care of them.
The challengesAny position here will be so stressful you cant imagine, management is strict and they dont have good protocol when it comes on their employees. Working here you will always feel the idea of leaving but not resigning because once they knew you will resign, they wont allow you to go outside. Staffs live inside the farm except office staff and other cleaners and construction workers. They are always short staff so you will always tired because of overload. Salary is nice but think and research first before entering and accepting the job. I hope this helps alot
