Think carefully before accepting the role
The good thingsWorking here is good when you want to learn about birds because they have a lot of birds and how to take care of them.
The challengesAny position here will be so stressful you cant imagine, management is strict and they dont have good protocol when it comes on their employees. Working here you will always feel the idea of leaving but not resigning because once they knew you will resign, they wont allow you to go outside. Staffs live inside the farm except office staff and other cleaners and construction workers. They are always short staff so you will always tired because of overload. Salary is nice but think and research first before entering and accepting the job. I hope this helps alot

    Exhausting
The good thingsI enjoyed taking care of the birds and learning about them.
The challengesDays off are rare and hard to come by because it's always short staffed. There are no benefits such as SSS or PhilHealth. They don't give a physical copy of the work contract. Every time there is furlough, you have to leave half of your salary behind as collateral so there is no risk of AWOL.

    World-class breeding farm
The good thingsYou learn things about exotic birds that you cannot learn anywhere else. World-class breeding farm with its own hospital and nursery. Very clear cut protocols on procedures for the job. Good pay. Promotion is easy if deserving.
The challengesYou have to be sharp and attentive to the birds in your care. Maintaining a strict sense of discipline for your work.

    The Management
The good thingsI gained knowledge on how to feed, handle and breed different extinct parrots.
The challengesThe management won't allow the use of cellphone at work, so when he/she started to work he/she must deposit her/his cellphone to the guard. You can't take a day off easily, they will allow only few hours of furlough. And when there's a mortality of birds,it will be deducted/acknowledged to your salary and worst if the bird/parrot is a breeder with a price of greater than a million pesos.

The good thingsThe birds alone., good allowance
The challengesThere should be formal copy of contract between company and employee, there should be company id, there should be benefits sush sss, philhealth and pagibig. There should be enough time for the employee to rest and there should be overtime fee on overtime duties
