    The good thingswhen all of my co- employees are cooperating and helping on each and everyone. Also open minded to everyone,and working with a smile. And I used to work happy w/o any complained. If you love your work then the work also loves you, and you have the potential to be promoted as as superior someday. In order to be promoted you must be work hard,easy to deal with,flexible in your work and had respect.
    The challengesWhen there's a lot to work to do, I totally insane working without knowing what time is it weather break time or lunchtime, because if you work with all your heart you can finish all the task that be given to you with your superior.
