    Great Culture - Competitive Salary
    The good thingsThe culture is great. The leaders are very approachable, and the company highly puts value on safety. The salary is also very competitive. They support up-skilling. It's a really great place to work in. I have also I have over 8 years of work experience and this has been my best employer so far.
    The challengesThere have been many big business decisions lately with great impact on the employees, but the company is tremendously supportingly their employees through the process.
