Great Company for Benefits and Experience
The good thingsProper trainings are provided if applicable. Employee perks and remuneration are great. Office is beautiful, meeting / focus / telephone rooms are varied and top-notch, pantries are stocked with basic drinks / food. Speak Up policy is good in a way that your feedback is received and you are respected. You will learn a lot in your role, learn how to use various tools etc.
The challengesCareer progression is slow and limited, you have to jump to another division / role type to get ahead. You feel that you have to seek it proactively because your good performance will just make you the unofficial senior. They could improve the way they handle the projects because it has affected the stability of the work processes, disrupted customer service, caused too much unnecessary stress for some division.s Otherwise, you'd like to stick with the company.

BHP is great but is not stable.
The good thingsBHP is a great company to work with. Speak up policy meaning you can speak up if you are seeing problems without getting fired.
The challengesthe only problem is they keep changing to the point that nothing is fixed and the problems keep arising without resolution. They can fire you with only a few months notice. If you want stability then this is not the company for you.

    Great Culture - Competitive Salary
The good thingsThe culture is great. The leaders are very approachable, and the company highly puts value on safety. The salary is also very competitive. They support up-skilling. It's a really great place to work in. I have also I have over 8 years of work experience and this has been my best employer so far.
The challengesThere have been many big business decisions lately with great impact on the employees, but the company is tremendously supportingly their employees through the process.

    We boast Work Life Balance
The good thingsA company who values your time and well being. I am grateful to be part of this wonderful company, this is where you find the 5/6 reason why employee stay in a company.
The challengesI wish they can stick to a 5 year plan before restructuring a certain department. The HR department had been through more than 4 project restructures over the past 3 years. I know they had to be on a trend but sometimes their strategy to change things does not really work and often cause more damage than repair. Sometimes having a traditional perspective helps. I understand the need to change but this has caused too much stress on the people. We understand automation and change in process but we hope they still have a plan for people that will be affected by all the restructures.

A great company to work for!
The good things- Health and Safety is the top priority - Dynamic working environment, meaning I can choose to work wherever i want to - Flextime - AU culture greatly contributes to how the company is being ran, so its all cool mate! - High salary compared to the market, reward scheme is also competitive - Very nice office space! - Workload is manageable, work life balance is well practiced and encouraged - BHP is very stable amidst the COVID situation, leaders are responding very well - Management really sticks to the core values of the company, and is true to enforcing sanctions for those who will violate it - Opportunity to travel overseas
The challenges- low MBL for health card - no retirement benefits - need to market BHP in the Philippines and establish the brand as a good employer as only a handful of people in PH knows about BHP - constant and fast paced changes, some are not communicated properly - lots of projects that are sometimes conflicting with one another

    Best Decision Working Here
The good thingsPerformance is rewarded appropriately and relatively fairly. Great perks and benefits. Referral bonus is high! Dynamic working environment wherein you can sit with your team and also choose to stay in other places depending on your task (phone booth / call room / focus room / huddle room / pantry spaces etc). Flexible working during BCP and emergencies. Utmost focus on SAFETY and HEALTH. Culture is accepting of different types of people and signs of disrespect, intolerance, misbehavior, etc are appropriately actioned. Teammates are usually cool. You learn a lot while on the job.
The challengesThe company is in constant change and we have to keep up with organization, process, procedure and system changes. Simpler and less-fussy or time-consuming engagement activities that we can participate in quickly. Some pillars, roles, projects or tasks can be more challenging with the workload and work demands, but it's highly compensated by the rest of those good points, and it also means you're doing well enough to be assigned those work.

    Great Decision moving here
The good thingsI have only worked for 4 months but I am enjoying my stay here. Good environment and employees are prioritized. Benefits are also good and the offer was great compared to my previous work with lesser stress.
The challengesAs of the moment, there is nothing I can say much about challenges. I have great control over my work and I know the impact I have with the company.
