    The good thingsCompany is very focused on process management. For a lawyer like me, working here gave me additional management skills not often associated with the legal profession.
    The challengesThe same process training sometimes relies on simplification of problems on a spreadsheet. You still need to balance the reporting requirements with out of the box problem solving.
