    Workload
The good thingsThey give incentives for Account Specialist who meet the monthly hurdle. So the more work you do the more money you have.
The challengesThere is a capacity report that you need to update every minute. Goodluck to that! Increases are only given if you really exceeded the job descriptio .

    Account Specialist Expectations
The good thingsYou will have an indepth learning about Philippine Mortgage especially the Foreclosures, Legal Documentation and Process, and ROPA products. They will also train you to have an effective negotiation skills, advance communication skills, business proposals and underwriting, and public rapport. And most especially, they will mold you as a sought after officer well fit for the banking industry.
The challengesThe secret to be a successul Account Specialist is to focus on the company's target. Every month is a hurdle month. You should be able to discuss your portfolio with your Team Leader and Area Head. They will assist you on how to meet your quotas and the prioritization of those workable accounts. The problem is the workload. Your work starts from the origination up to the releasing of titles.

    nice one
The good thingsyou will learn a lot from this company. have different trainings that will help you a lot. you will learn to do time management, microsoft office commands/formulas, etc. Good working relationship with other employee's, having a second family inside office that you will be missed once you decide to transfer to another company. This company also provides a good healthcard benefits.
The challengesYou will be challenge to learn a lot to know the whole process of company's business/product, besides of knowing the process of the department you include, you would also want to know the process of others for you to understand more what is your role in the company that will benefit you and the company also.

    management training
The good thingsCompany is very focused on process management. For a lawyer like me, working here gave me additional management skills not often associated with the legal profession.
The challengesThe same process training sometimes relies on simplification of problems on a spreadsheet. You still need to balance the reporting requirements with out of the box problem solving.
