    The good thingsThey are fully support when it comes to decision making. You will feel like you are running your own company. The compensation is quite good. They will give you enough tools like load allowances, car and incentives. You will also experience to go outside of our country to attend exhibit and other related fair. They will give you a seminar to better understand our product.
    The challengesWhen I joined the company, lack of systems and procedures is main problem. It result to many losses of our boss. They also encountered pilferage due to this problem. I I build the system and procedures for my department to avoid this problem. I found it very challenging every time you have a loop holes you learn from it and you will revised your system to cover and to correct those mistakes.
