    It is a happy place!
    The good thingsGood working environment. Everyone is friendly including the management. Young at heart. It is like a family. Also promotes healthy and active lifestyle thru weekly/monthly activities like badminton, massage, zumba, fun run and out reach program. Has monetary benefits and free meal on Pepper Lunch stores. Highly recommended!

    Management Fail
    The good thingsI was working for five years then as a pioneering sales engineer and I was turned to technical department forcefully.what is worst is that they keep hiring new ones for higher posititon without considering the pioneers. New employees with better compensation,postion and salary.I left the company having figured out that there is no progress waiting for me.
    The challengesNothing much to say now as this I myself already been wasted by this company wont be benefitting this ordeal. Entice people to stay.as of now the longest employee there is two years now.all veteran and pioneers working there for the last six years are gone..
