They have great training opportunity and benefits. I highly recommend them for fresh graduates who wants to join the Banking Industry.
The challengesEvery company has their own challenges. Manage your expectation since BDO is number 1 in the Banking Industry. Compensation is average but there are a lot of benefits you can enjoy. Promotion is quite challenging also since there are a lot of employees.
