    The good thingsIm enjoying working here because of the environment was so nice as long as my officemates. The boses are willing to help you and also my officemate and my work place was near by into my house no husstle for me going to my work place because its mall hour. And we are allowed to take our over time for the unfisnished paperworks And I love serving/ helping people.
    The challengesTheres no reason for me to not enjoying my job. Maybe I would say the challenges for me is to handle client who are very irate who are shouting you knocking your table and almost scold you because of their problem and at the same time you need to handle them politely and solve their concern

    The good thingsBayan Telecommunication is a great company to work. Employees has an indomitable spirit. A power to keep going by all means. They have Kakaibang Diskarte. They work hard and play hard. Employees was not only able to nurture its benefits but its families as well. There are programs for members of their families as well. They manage to keep balance both work and fun at the same time.
    The challengesThey have limited means in terms of budget and funding. There could have been many things or programs to add and develop if only they have enough budget. Never the less they managed to prioritize things to keep abreast on the stiff competition the industry has within the budget allotted. They know how to stretch fund.
