Believes in your talentThe good thingsI applied for a different position but end up getting another position which is related to my Course. I was given the chance to practice my craft. I'd like to thank the people who believes in me. The head and manager give words of encouragement and guide me on work. Everyone in the workplace are accommodating and with positive vibes. They assist me on things I don't know.
In terms of working schedule, we are working on a compressed work sched from Mondays to Fridays with flexible working hours. You can go to work from 7:30am to 9:am. Coming to work beyond 9:00am is late. Another good thing is that Overtime is paid in this company.
Growth is also something to look forward to because the company gives opportunities to their employees.
The challengesWhen you are commuting and you leave the office beyond 7:00pm when you work overtime, you have to wait for minutes until you get to ride a jeepney to Bicutan. Otherwise, there are "Habals" around the area as an option.
