    The good thingsI enter to Barbizon as fresh graduate and there we're really a lot doors that are waiting for me to unlock. If you are seeking for career growth and place were you can show case yourself, I highly recommend Barbizon.

    The good thingsI applied for a different position but end up getting another position which is related to my Course. I was given the chance to practice my craft. I'd like to thank the people who believes in me. The head and manager give words of encouragement and guide me on work. Everyone in the workplace are accommodating and with positive vibes. They assist me on things I don't know. In terms of working schedule, we are working on a compressed work sched from Mondays to Fridays with flexible working hours. You can go to work from 7:30am to 9:am. Coming to work beyond 9:00am is late. Another good thing is that Overtime is paid in this company. Growth is also something to look forward to because the company gives opportunities to their employees.
    The challengesWhen you are commuting and you leave the office beyond 7:00pm when you work overtime, you have to wait for minutes until you get to ride a jeepney to Bicutan. Otherwise, there are "Habals" around the area as an option.

    The good thingsI thoroughly enjoyed working with my co workers. It was a very light-hearted atmosphere that encouraged me to go to work everyday.
    The challengesdealing with employee interactions whenever you have different personalities working together under the same roof but at least you get to know the people around you and understand them better on how to work things out
