The good thingsPlenty of room for growth for you to work not only individually but as a team. Many things to learn as well and very great working environment.
The challenges.Cross-selling is the challenging part. Apparently, working in a bank makes you a jack of all trades, you have to worry or rather multi-task in such way balancing your cash, your documents, ensuring that validations are correct, that you have to have sales weekly and other backroom duties. You only get recognized or awarded with your sales, not with your hardwork in other tasks.

I've been working in BPI for years already since 2017 and I can say that despite of a stressful nature of the business, they're able to provide a quality work environment. Not to mention the competitive compensation they offer to its employees.

The challengesThe Bank has one of the highest customer footprints in the country which means that the transactions must be done at a fast pace. Stressful and tiring, something that is a challenge to its employees.

The good thingsIn BPI, a new employee is already an investment. With them you will learn the importance of fast service, good customer relationship, and career advancement. I've been with BPI for more than 13 years, retired in 2005 but all the learnings from the company has always been useful. Happy to share that client relationships and co-employees friendship are lasting.
The challengesConstant change is one of the greatest challenge. BPI would want the best system for its clients reason why they continue innovating. All their applied transition has been challenging. Its up to its employees to cope up with the extended time just to make it happen. Rising competitors is a challenge in sales but they maintained excellent service without added fees. That's what makes it great!
