The good thingsWork is Manageable and you have a lot of time if your working in one of their branches but depends on who is the person in charge in my opinion. Working environment is ok to a degree and they pay your benefits as agreed upon in the contract.
The challengesCompany culture is not good, people tend to be complacent or they're not actually improving their process. They tend to be so sensitive because of the culture (if you make mistake, you get monetary penalized).

    Good Benefits!
The good thingsI like my job because no day is ever the same. Each day I am presented with new challenges and situations, which really helps me to stay focused and interested. I also enjoy being able to be as creative as I can. Also, employees are always accommodating and very welcoming. The organization offers seminars for career and personal enhancement, and the management care for it's people.
    The challengesLong working hours. Mon-Fri: 8:00-5:00 ; Sat: 8:00-12:00pm

If your applying for a plumber position, your fine. Everything else, not sure
The good things-They pay your benefits (SSS, etc) -Friendly and Casual working environment -Accommodating (at least) -Definitely open for people looking for a place to start (easy employment accessibility)
The challenges-Company Culture (making employees feel like every mistake cost something and its their responsibility to pay for it but in reality its because of working procedures sometimes or lack thereof.) -Work Procedures and Processes (inconsistent, redundant, and lacking) -Lack of supplies and equipment maintenance (slow requests, at times always in need of repairs)
