Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
The APMC standards in terms of property management is very good, but hopefully soon the BE/PE will be directly hired by APMC so the benefits being experienced by a PM will gain as well by the PE/BE.
The good thingsYou will gain a lot of knowledge because you will be exposed on all aspect of the property management; Technical, Safety, Audits, Financial, Projects, ISO Documentation, Maintenance and Repair etc., Sometimes you will act as Property Manager. As an engineer you will be equipped with a lot of knowledge in terms of Technical & Safety.
The challengesAs building engineer, you will work 6 days a week and even during holidays and weekends, also not directly hired by APMC, BE/PE is under agency which giving low salary and problem with government mandated benefits.

    Highly Competitive Environment
The good thingsIt is a huge training ground and opportunity for those aiming to work in the real estate industry. They offer generous perks and have monthly activities and trainings for all its employees. It perceives a fun environment - but only to those who are willing to work 24/7.
The challengesHighly stressful, days off are very rare, low salary and harsh competition. Strong office politics.

It was knowledgeable to work in my current company because I have learned a lot.
The good thingsI am enjoying my work and work hard for it to finish it all right away! Aside from that, the company that we built with each other, we are like family and while working, we do share some tips about how works to be done easily and we make sure that we love what we are doing and being part of the team as well. We are not just about working and working but we gain so much knowledge about each other's life.
