    Great career experience
    The good things- Invest in their employees - good pay, lot of benefits, provided multiple trainings - Company culture is great. Great people to work with from peers, colleagues and bosses - Work-life balance - A sense of pride working in Ayala Group
    The challenges- The company is big and established so there are a lot of standard practices, most of it are great but there are a few that doesn't make sense or sets limitation to your work. - Workload can be a bit too much vs. the pay - A lot of reporting to the upper management

    The good thingsThey help us to learn a lot of things, as admin assistant we learn how to deals with the clients regarding to the house/condo or lot they purchase to a certain project. We are also the one who prepares there quarterly & annual report, from encoding the information of the clients to the charting all the information needed for them to present to there colleagues what are the standing of per project
    The challengesSolving some problems have been double name in the CONSO BIS. Answering the clients to there questions and raise it to where the project located and who is assigned from it. Sometimes we double check the information like there passport, or any documents needed for encoding.
