    The good thingsWhat I enjoyed most in Avida is helping clients find their ideal homes while developing my skills in sales and client relations within a professional and supportive team environment.
    The challengesThe challenges I faced were meeting sales targets during slow market periods. Also, I had to manage multiple clients and transactions at once, which taught me to stay organized, patient, and proactive in following up.

    The good things- Invest in their employees - good pay, lot of benefits, provided multiple trainings - Company culture is great. Great people to work with from peers, colleagues and bosses - Work-life balance - A sense of pride working in Ayala Group
    The challenges- The company is big and established so there are a lot of standard practices, most of it are great but there are a few that doesn't make sense or sets limitation to your work. - Workload can be a bit too much vs. the pay - A lot of reporting to the upper management

    The good thingsvery generous in terms of incentives and due commission is release on time. Even if you are resigned already, the commission will still continue to be released.
