My time with Aplus was experienced-packed but the environment was stressful. The good thingsIn the last couple of years, and due to changes to the management, we were given the appropriate trainings and immersion. I was also lucky to have been given diverse roles and responsibilities for me to grow.
The challengesThe compensation was low. Promotion was not given on time/delayed, and they do not prioritize internal growth of personnel, i.e. they hire newcomers to be supervisors and there is insufficient leadership training for the people. The management is not mature due to the low retention rate even for higher ups. Long-term plans are not well discussed within and is unclear for most employees thus it can be said that the organization is not goal-oriented from the rank and file and up.
