A good steppingstone to get to know corporations on the future. The good thingsI enjoyed working with vast number of employees who are friendly, always enthusiastic to teach/guide/advise you on every step you make, and professional. You can learn a lot from them especially from their previous career stories. I haven't heard any single sermon/reprimands from any employees. They are composed, patient, and hardly-tempered employees! :)
The challengesAs a trainee, one must know how to assess what are the priorities of every tasks your supervisor is giving you. Also, if you are always unsure, you have to keep asking questions. Safety is always the 1st thing that must come in mind whether inside the office or especially in the ramp.
