    My time with Aplus was experienced-packed but the environment was stressful.
    The good thingsIn the last couple of years, and due to changes to the management, we were given the appropriate trainings and immersion. I was also lucky to have been given diverse roles and responsibilities for me to grow.
    The challengesThe compensation was low. Promotion was not given on time/delayed, and they do not prioritize internal growth of personnel, i.e. they hire newcomers to be supervisors and there is insufficient leadership training for the people. The management is not mature due to the low retention rate even for higher ups. Long-term plans are not well discussed within and is unclear for most employees thus it can be said that the organization is not goal-oriented from the rank and file and up.

    It molded me to become more competent person.
    The good thingsFirst is the environment. I was assigned in the production department to which I could see airplane's taking off in the runway. Second, is the facility, to which for me it feels like A+ is my second home. And last, the humble bosses to which they share their experiences and knowledge to us trainees.
    The challengesTo blend in with people having different attitudes. To test my knowledge and skills acquired from my school and to be able to cope up my knowledge to things that I have learned from everyday's routine.

    A good steppingstone to get to know corporations on the future.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with vast number of employees who are friendly, always enthusiastic to teach/guide/advise you on every step you make, and professional. You can learn a lot from them especially from their previous career stories. I haven't heard any single sermon/reprimands from any employees. They are composed, patient, and hardly-tempered employees! :)
    The challengesAs a trainee, one must know how to assess what are the priorities of every tasks your supervisor is giving you. Also, if you are always unsure, you have to keep asking questions. Safety is always the 1st thing that must come in mind whether inside the office or especially in the ramp.
