The challengesI already signed a Job offer with the agreed rate, passed requirements and resigned from my previous job since I'm already assured about the employment. A week after that they called , they sent another JO, reduced the rate which is lesser than the rate from my previous job. Obviously I did not accepted the offer. Since the company was unclear and did not even apologize from their mistake, what could've happen in the future if I work with this company. Now I don't have a job since I resigned, I need to start all over again and find another job. They could have told sooner and check the JO first before sending it to the applicant but they didn't since they must be desperate to get an employee they can fool around.
