    The good thingsIt is really great working here at Austal while providing a full support from your team. However, the career development is stagnant and that's the challenge from the management to overcome.
    The challengesIt is really a big challenge to develop your career growth in this company and I hope to management will enlighten their mind to provide necessary motivational incentives for their employees.

    The challengesWhere do I start? There is no attempt to follow best practise. The management have very little experience but think they have much more. It is hopeless and only a matter of time before the ferries start cracking up. The quality is very poor and they do not want to hear of the problems.

    The good thingsWith the organizational changes in management, the company is now heading to the right direction. Projects are delivered on time on cost and within standards. This is paving the way for the company to having more projects and more boats to build.

    absurd
    The good thingsNo good things happened, only good local people. line of manager that does not know anything but brags to the entire unit. full of politics, the vision and mission of the company is just for the show. the working environment is full of negativity and confusion. there is no room for growth and people usually come and go as that would count as one of their tactics. they only use people and once used then you are done.
    The challengesno challenges but your brain will be stuck in the mud if you are already an accomplished professional.
