    Working at Ausphin: An Absolute Dream Come True! (If Your Dream is to Experience a Never-Ending Nightmare)
    The good thingsThe management is absolutely brilliant! I mean, who wouldn't want to work for a group of individuals who consistently undervalue and ignore the hard work and dedication of their employees? It's a true testament to their leadership skills. And let's not forget about the incredibly low employee morale! There's nothing quite like the feeling of dread and disappointment that comes with realizing you work for a company that couldn't care less about your well-being or job satisfaction.
    The challengesWell, let's start with the fact that you can kiss your weekends goodbye, because you'll be working a glorious 6-day work week! Who needs a personal life, right? And don't even think about requesting time off, because the management couldn't care less about your personal time. Speaking of management, they're truly a sight to behold. It's a wonder how they even manage to function, considering their complete lack of respect for their employees. It's like they take pride in constantly undervaluing and undermining the hard work and dedication of their staff. But hey, at least you get to enjoy the constant stress and anxiety that comes with trying to balance your work life and personal life while working for a company that couldn't care less about your well-being. All in all, working for Ausphin is truly a challenge, but not in the way that builds character or fosters growth. It's a challenge in the way that makes you question your life choices and wonder why you ever thought working for such a miserable company was a good idea.

    My experienced here is very worst, anytime they will dispense you. They will give you a wrong evaluation, old employees will give you hard time and pull you down!Especially in docs&admin and sales department!!!!
    The good thingsNo good things in this company at all! Don’t ever apply in this company if your fresh graduate!

    The good thingsNo good things will make happen in your career! Find a company that will make you grow but not this company!!!!
    The challengesYou did your best at the company but they didn’t value you as a employee. The company doesn’t care to there employees such as giving you a hard time and pressure you all the time. They doesn’t value there employees. Also you are indispensable anytime and they can hire a new one. Doesn’t recommend this company at all!

    A different kind of experience
    The good thingsBeing a smaller company that i’ve worked for, especially compared to my previous experience, the hierarchy is different from what most people are used to. Communication is easier and more direct, since you’ll only get to encouter fewer people which supposedly means that its easier to get to the point or concern and directly with the person you have to. I was able to experience getting to work with the CEO and the Director and other different higher roles which is not something people usually experience and it’s a good form of learning/growth especially being able to get a glimpse of their perspective. Pre- pandemic, it felt quite rewarding to work for the visa industry.
    The challengesIt’s not the usual kind of workplace or rather not up to just anybody’s preference, given that, a lot of people came and go and it became challenging to have to readjust to that especially with the work load. There was constant restructuring due to this and having to adjust and taking responsibility for a lot of workload became difficult. The pandemic affected the travel industry and even economy therefore made the job more difficult back then especially since it heavily relied on being able to send people overseas.

    The good thingsSalary negotiation is the only thing that's good here so make sure to make that solid deal before contract signing
    The challengesMicromanagement is the highlight of this company. There is no appreciation for their employees. The management has no structure and lack of consistency. Whatever they feel at the moment is what their decision will be based on. Not on facts and not on good planning. There is no planning in this company.

    The challengesLack of employee relationship with the team heads. HR is so slow to process things. Terrible bosses. Lots of corporate values that they can't even implement. Doesn't value the contribution of former employees because they have this thinking that people come and go and those who leave doesn't have any good contributions. You will not grow in this company
