    ATHENA provides high pay and bunch of benefits
    The good thingsI love Athena and its high pay and, of course, the benefits they provide. They have HMO plus 1 free dependent. They also have pet medical coverage for 20,000 pesos a year!!
    The challengesThe recruitment policy is long but it just shows how they are filtering the right employees before they hire people. It means that when an employee is from Athena, the employee is smart and has good quality of work.

    The good thingsThe onboarding process has been effective in terms of easing me into assignments and processes without overwhelming me, however, still assigns me some responsibilities.
