The best company in my entire career
The good thingsI have been with Athena for over a year now and so far, what an amazing journey! The first remote company that I've been to and what an incredible and refreshing experience. Everyone is so approachable, humble, and always willing to help.

The good thingsStarting from the hiring process to training and when you get to operations. Everything seems to be organized. Everyone is really supportive. Been working freelance and virtually for a few years now and I never had a support system similar to Athena!

Athena - Best Place to Work (remotely - yes, 100!)
The good thingsBeing part of Athena is one of the highlights of my 2021. The company allowed me to work from home (yes, 100!). The salary is very competitive and offers health benefits. Athena also has paid training and has a very supportive community.

Feels like I am going to stay here for a decade
The good thingsPermanent WFH and competitive salary package. I am very amaze by the people I am working with in Athena. It really makes me feel that the company is hiring the best people. Everyone is very professional and collaborative. You're working from home but you always feel like you're working close to each other because of all the support and help that you need.
The challengesIt is not a big deal but the expectations are really high. You'll feel that but I know it's for my own good too.
