Athena's training team is excellent. The management team is also extremely skilled and knowledgeable at what they do and they always have everyone in mind. Peers are also very helpful.
The challengesThis is my first night-shift job, and this is the most challenging for me. I love a lot of things, but it's just the night shift that drains me. I have adjusted though, thanks to the advice of our EA Coach, but if I was given the option to do an afternoon, or a day shift, I'd take that! :)
