Warm and supportive community - we are a growing team but you can always find someone who lends a helping hand, plus a tip and workaround for any roadblocks you might have. Leaders who listen - we are encouraged to share our thoughts and concerns. Our leaders are open to feedback and they even encourage us to share what we love and what we don’t. Rewards and recognition - Athena recognizes every milestone, whether big or small. Athena is simply the best company. More than that, it’s a warm community that truly cares for its EAs.
