    Great company with great peers!
    The good things* Permanent work from home setup * Job security * Great support from peers * Good benefits for you and your family including your pets! * Is still improving in terms of policies, recruitment and benefits' * Offers a good rate compared to other VA companies * Offers EAs a chance to grow as there are other ways for you to improve your skills
    The challenges* Can't honestly think of any (Love working with Athena ever since!) * Athena is a new company but this isn't really a con (just stating that it's a new company)
