    The good things- Very informative training - Detailed feedback - Transparent about the matching process - Thorough - Match with clients based on multiple things, not just who is available.
    The challenges- hard training - not an easy job if you're not ready

    The good thingsTrue to its name, Athena gives its Executive Assistants endless opportunities to hone their skills to help them have a significant impact on the clients they serve. They provide different channels and avenues on how Executive Assistants can be a better version of their self, personally and professionally.
    The challengesAll good things have a price to pay, and working in Athena is not an exemption from this. Athena provides a higher compensation than most of the companies in this field of industry, but of course, this means making a 180 degrees turn on your body clock since most of the clients we serve are from the US, their night is our day and our day is their night. Also, the higher compensation is a reward that comes after an intensive training we have to undergo to be able to provide an exceptional service to our clients.

    The good thingsIf I had known that Athena had started back in 2018, I would have applied sooner! Athena is a startup that creates a healthy work-life environment and an almost family-like relationship among the employees and supports. From the culture, the clients, and the training, Athena always has its focus on what is best for the employee. Culture: Inclusivity and diversity there is a group for everyone of every tribe! Clients: the best clients to have and that's coming from someone who was in the BPO industry for 5 years 😣🥴😂. Training: My trainer and batchmates were the best!
    The challengesIf we are to invite more people to join the company, we ought to be more competitive with the starting salary.

    The good thingsI love the culture! Here in Athena, we are a family, and family means "No one gets left behind". They value their employees and treat each and everyone equally.
