    I love working at Asurion, it's been a 7 wonderful years.
    The good things* Competitive Salary * 13th and 14th month pay * Management Incentive Plans (MIPs) every March * Good working environment * Flexible working hours. * Offer Hybrid/WFH setup. * Free Coffee in the office. * Premium HMO/Life Insurance for you and your dependents. * Offers retirement plan. * Got 7 digits for separation pay.
    The challenges* Lack of project management system. * Politics in APAC. * Most of the time your effort and dedication to work is not recognized by your manager. * Took me 5 years when I got a promotion. * I got laid off after 7 years. (Redundancy issues).

    The good thingsI was able to learn different enterprise technologies like oracle and AWS.
    The challengesWorking with different timezone is quite a challenge but so far manageable.
