    Low salary, unorganize management.
    The good thingsMy team mates are very independent we don't rely to supervisors. Head is unorganized, not formal and management is hard to contact.
    The challengesSupports are not effective. The salary is low for the workload and stress.

    The good thingsMy workmates are not toxic unlike the management who does power tripping.
    The challengesGood surveys are not included in your scorecard, but bad review and automatic closed tickets are included. No signs of promotion as well.
