My experience working with Asticom has been quite disappointing overall. The good thingsNone good at all. They don't value the employee, they only need the money they will get form you since they are an agency.
The challengesOne of the main issues I encountered was the lack of clear communication and support from management. Instructions were often unclear or constantly changing, which made it difficult to perform tasks efficiently. Instead of feeling guided, I often felt confused and left to figure things out on my own, which can be frustrating especially for employees who are trying to do their best.
Another concern is the workload and work environment. There were times when the workload felt overwhelming, yet the support system did not match the level of demand. It felt like employees were expected to deliver high results without being given the proper tools, training, or guidance needed to succeed. This can lead to burnout and low morale among team members.
