    Working in a bank as a student Trainee.
    The good thingsI've enjoyed working there because my employers are very friendly and easy to approached with incase I need something to clarify or something I'm confused about.
    The challengesThey have few man power and less marketing strategies to gain more people to loan and open for savings account.

    The good thingsThey support us with our branch business operations.
    The challengesInforming us formally where our next location and assignment will be and not re-assigning us at least after staying in the branch for 4 1/2 years.

    The good thingsThe working environment. They accepted me without inhibitions. They considered me as one of there own.

    Great experienced, I enjoyed a lot.
    The good thingsThey are so accommodating. I never felt that I was just an intern. They gave moral me support when I was just learning the process of what to do.
