    The good thingsThe way upper management handle the people and the teamwork shown at site operations. Plus the encouragement given to its employees not to focus on individual's specialization alone but to expand one's horizon.
    The challengesThe company is frugal in terms of compensation and benefits due its employees considering that living expenses and life conditions in the city are very directly influential to one's well being towards work and personal life.
