    The good thingsthe environment is good especially thus who loved in construction company it develops your technical skill and enhances your ability to provide good communication thru any and different characters of the field of engineering, especially in construction. our RCM is good and teaches us to more effectively for decision making in the field.
    The challengesI'm intimidating on the other side of our team thus in the quantity surveyor or (QS) they feel like they are bosses, they thought they are more superior to us in the site engineer side.

    The challengesNot competitive salary, and poor bracketing for the old and new employees. Reassignment of project depends on the mood of HR. I so agree with this. This always come shortnotice, and short period of handover of work from the resigning personnel. Good career development for starters., but failing into further nourishing and enriching your skills.

    The good thingsWorking environment is excellent because the employees here are mostly good people. They have regularization after 6 months of satisfactory performance. They also have an annual increase depending on your performance rating. It is not difficult when it comes to filing leaves.
    The challengesYou can easily be pulled-out from your project if you are needed in another project. Other companies offer better benefits and salary. We are ISO certified but I think some forms are outdated.

    The good thingsThe way upper management handle the people and the teamwork shown at site operations. Plus the encouragement given to its employees not to focus on individual's specialization alone but to expand one's horizon.
