    Ascendion formerly known as Collabera Digital where all the leader from the office weren't attentive to their agents in providing more details about salary dispute. Every cutoff there's a complain salary dispute.
    The good thingsEverything in Ascendion were not good. It was a traumatic experience.
    The challengesI don't like how the management handle their operation. There's so many salary dispute from day 1.

    The good thingsThe only good thing about this company is they will match your asking salary as long as it is justified.
    The challengesI personally won't recommend Collabera. From management up to their ER are worst! You get below market benefits.

    Bad support for employee
    The good thingsnothing its as if you are working directly from your deployed company no support from them of employee bonus
    The challengesvery hard to communicate with the agency not very responsive HR is very hard to reach and you do not have a clue whome you will be communicating this stuff if you need HR assistance especially the benefits do not recommend taking a job here

    The good thingsHRIS system for contractual status employees. I think this is a great moved. Payroll Slips are also accessible online.
