    Good for maybe starting out or getting some experience but you need to know where you are getting deployed. Then you can leave for greener pasture
    The good thingsCulture/Team is heavily dependent on the client. Good starting salary and HMO. Experience or learnings also heavily dependent on the client.
    The challengesVERY minimal salary increase. No other bonuses and benefits, only government-mandated. No training or skill development from Collabera. Your tenure will rely on the client.
