    The challengesSign on this company for better opportunity but they have me floating for 2 months with no pay, will be filling DOLE Complain about this.

    Almost there....
    The good thingsPOC's are approachable, they respond to the employee's inquiry/request right away.
    The challengesI already have the opportunity for regularization offer by the client, however, the company has a policy that contractors should be atleast 1 year prior regularization.
