Full Autonomy, Mastery and PurposeThe good thingsThe freedom to work on anything that can help build a better organization. I felt trusted, no need to 'prove' myself. It is a very forgiving environment, where you can openly admit to and learn from mistakes committed. The feedback can also be given freely to leadership- they will listen. All it takes is courage. :) The opportunities to learn and develop yourself is plentiful as well.
The challengesA bit unstructured (startup type culture), Type A employees may find it frustrating. There is a need for pioneering types, the ones who don't require step by step instruction and thrive well in a VUCA environment.
One challenge is the ambiguity of leadership. The truth is, you forge your own vision and direction to a certain degree. If you are comfortable with that, you will thrive.
