A good training ground company yet for the Benefits and welfare of employees, they absolutely not paying attention.
The good thingsAble to enrich the knowledge in PH and ASIA payroll.
The challengesUnfair distribution of workload, poor management system. Mostly TL's on my time are not capable in doing their job well. Payroll Executives at that time are knowledgeable than the Leader itself.

    Good at handling employees
The good thingsPeople around here were very helpful even though you're not in their team but still they will assist you when you need them. Also, They are very focus on what they want to implement in the department. And they will still assist you and provide training for all employees.
The challengesSome of the employees instead of providing you an assist they will drag you down and sometimes when you need to catch up since time is running out they he/she will prefer longing to solve the problem.

    Simply the best!
The good thingsWe promote transparency among all employees and management. Everyone is engaged and no one left behind on each projects and tasks. Company initiates growth by offering promotions on its people and proper work ethics are displayed in and out of the company.
The challengesAside from the location here in Manila, that is in Eastwood, QC - there would be no other challenges for the company.

    An amazing experience
The good thingsI enjoyed working with my team. I was given the opportunity to handle and supervise amazing and responsible people. I was given the opportunity to be exposed in processing payroll of different countries aside from Philippines particularly Asia Pacific Region and was given the change to handle big clients located in the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Hongkong, Papua New Guinea and Australia.
The challengesEnsure proper training is conducted before employee works on operations. Establish SMEs for specific countries to better cater the needs or inquiries of our clients. Develop more the business contingency plan and ensure that all employees will adhere to company policies to be fair. Ensure that all leaders are properly aligned with one goal to serve both employees and clients needs.

    Full Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose
The good thingsThe freedom to work on anything that can help build a better organization. I felt trusted, no need to 'prove' myself. It is a very forgiving environment, where you can openly admit to and learn from mistakes committed. The feedback can also be given freely to leadership- they will listen. All it takes is courage. :) The opportunities to learn and develop yourself is plentiful as well.
The challengesA bit unstructured (startup type culture), Type A employees may find it frustrating. There is a need for pioneering types, the ones who don't require step by step instruction and thrive well in a VUCA environment. One challenge is the ambiguity of leadership. The truth is, you forge your own vision and direction to a certain degree. If you are comfortable with that, you will thrive.
