    Nice Working Environment
    The good thingsCo-employees are supportive, I felt the spirit of family. The office is very nice. They have Pantry, we use VIP elevators, they have quiet room.

    The good thingsWorking at AIMI gave me an opportunity to meet my second family. For decades, the management has entrusted me. They provide home not just for me and my family. In times of emergency, hindi sila mahirap lapitan.

    Staff house privilege is a great help
    The good thingsThe company have good benefits package and continuously improve its compensation package. With good performance, expect yearly increase in salary.
    The challengesSometimes, dealing directly with the executives is quite challenging as I am not used to talk directly to management. Although challenged, it helped me develop personally and professionally, specially in dealing with different kind of employees.

    Competencies will be developed
    The good thingsWorking in the company helped me not to settle for less. With all my former Superior's effort in mentoring and coaching, the company really helped me developed my skills and competencies. With my hardwork,the company rewarded me with yearly increase and commission.
    The challengesSometimes, you will be required to extend working hours. Though it required me to learn things the hard way, the output is rewarding. I felt sense of appreciation of my efforts.

    Workplace and workmates are nice
    The good thingsI appreciated the the support of co-employees and management. Workplace is also very nice. they have pantry where we can cook and eat together. They also have quiet room, a place where I can stay whenever stressed at work.
    The challengesIf they saw potential in you, you will be entrusted to do more. Though challenging, because it push me to go out of your comfort zone, the company helped me developed my competencies.

    The good thingsEmployee engagement activities were included to benefits. In this company, I was given opportunity to showcase my talent, aside from growing in my field of profession.
    The challengesIt requires you to develop your adaptivity. Each role became challenging as there are times that you will be required to report directly to the owner of the company. But regardless of the challenge, it has given me the opportunity to be confident on my skills and potentials.
