    Nice Working Environment
    The good thingsCo-employees are supportive, I felt the spirit of family. The office is very nice. They have Pantry, we use VIP elevators, they have quiet room.

    The good thingsWorking at AIMI gave me an opportunity to meet my second family. For decades, the management has entrusted me. They provide home not just for me and my family. In times of emergency, hindi sila mahirap lapitan.

    Co-employees are very nice
    The good thingsDuring my stay, I was able to meet co-employees who can be relied on. Though the work responsibilities are sometime hard, we were able to surpass all challenging task with fun.

    Staff house privilege is a great help
    The good thingsThe company have good benefits package and continuously improve its compensation package. With good performance, expect yearly increase in salary.
    The challengesSometimes, dealing directly with the executives is quite challenging as I am not used to talk directly to management. Although challenged, it helped me develop personally and professionally, specially in dealing with different kind of employees.

    Workplace and workmates are nice
    The good thingsI appreciated the the support of co-employees and management. Workplace is also very nice. they have pantry where we can cook and eat together. They also have quiet room, a place where I can stay whenever stressed at work.
    The challengesIf they saw potential in you, you will be entrusted to do more. Though challenging, because it push me to go out of your comfort zone, the company helped me developed my competencies.

    Great working environment, awesome staff
    The good thingsThe workplace is good and the people are really nice. I learned a lot and had fun training there because they took good care of me. It gives a big impact to my career and they taught me ho to become a better person. The company is a well managed company. The management team is understanding and open for suggestions.
    The challengesVery challenging work environment. The company and the people behind it are indeed QUALITY. I continue to learn personally and professionally with my current team. Healthy competition with other employees especially the Sales Team since we need to hit our sales target.
