    The good thingsFun working experience with opportunities for career growth. Competitive salary, with food and transportation allowance, fun activities for the employees and majority of the head office staff are friendly and approachable.
    The challengesWorking for extended hours (but compensated), meetings that you need to attend (which is helpful for us), deadlines that you have meet, reports, the managers that you have to please
