Manages the queries, shop drawings and as-built plan up to date of a high-rise building project.
The good thingsI'm still working at Archipelago Builders and I want to stay here for years because everything that I've been doing is a learning experience.
The challengesDon't let your pressure turns into your weakness but instead, use it as your strength and motivation to keep going because at the end of the day you'll realize that you are gaining experience day by day.

A company good for career start up
The good things1. You will learn to be able to multi task, handle pressure, meet strict deadlines, report with bosses, and be proactive employee always. 2. Paid overtime, free staff house ,free workshops, company outing, meal and transpo allowance.
The challenges1. Incompetent salary and benefits and poor management of its employee 2. Stressful and work overloaded, least help from your supervisor, and expect more pressure. 3. No perks at all, no christmas bonuses, only selected by management.
