    It's okay company but not flexible and management issues

    The challengesThe company placed me in a role where the onshore team did not appear to have a genuine need for the position. I felt undervalued and experienced unfair treatment. In addition, the manager seemed indifferent to these issues and showed clear preferential treatment toward certain team members. Additionally, the leave approval process was very strict, and it is difficult to file for and obtain time off. Whenever a leave request was submitted, the company immediately began searching for replacement applicants. There are times that the payment is insufficient

    Not for early career developers who want rapid growth
    The good thingsWork life balance, polite and very professional co-workers
    The challengesNo room for growth. If you are a dev not in GSO IT (python developer, DEs), your opinions do not matter, your tickets are ignored by IT, and you are treated like a non-tech personnel for your tech stack. You're also not allowed to re-tool since no training is given.

    Well, I could say that so far, Arch is the best employer I’ve ever had. If you are looking for a company that really gives importance to work-life balance, then this is the right place to be. Also, the work environment here is very positive and happy.
    The good thingsArch really practice a work-life balance. I was never required to work during weekends and haven’t experienced to work overtime for more than 2 hours. Plus, workload is very light.
    The challengesTo be honest, I haven’t had a bad experience here.

    Great Experience But Not for Long Term Career.
    The good thingsHumble co-workers, everyone is friendly. Salary is quite competitive.
    The challengesThe career growth is so slow that it looks like your managers don't have any plans on you at all. Even tho the salary is quite competitive, that's all you can get. No other extra benefits unlike what other company can offer. No proper classroom trainings so, not recommended for fresh grads.

    Arch is a company that pays well with awesome work life balance
    The good thingsSalary and benefits are pretty good. Ask and you won't get disappointed. They have a lot of activities that you can join, a decent pantry with free coffee, chocolate drink and sometimes free ice creams!

    The good thingsThis is a captured site. They started 2017. Offers reasonable salary. Very comfortable office. Management is very relax. Back office Company and doesnt have a bpo kind of management. You report directly to your onshore managers.

    Excellent working environment and the company takes good care of its employees.
    The good thingsIt is a great company to work with. The company is very understanding on the employees needs and tries it's best to accommodate as many requests as possible. It has a competitive salary and truly takes good care of the employees physically and mentally.
    The challengesThe working schedule needs adjusting since I'm on the night shift but when you get to work here for more than a few months, you'll get used to it. One disadvantage is the location of the company since it's a bit a distance to different establishments.
