    The challenges•Lack of team and management support •Luck to be assigned on a great team and with good teamwork •Lots of red tape and be careful on things that may use against you •Organizational structure not implemented properly on projects •They seem to take care of employees until they'll drop you like a hot potato •Not PWD conducive work environment •Improve clearance procedure

    Arcadis has been a great company to work for. They really have the philosophy of people first. Of course, it is not perfect. There are some improvements with supporting the needs of their employees especially the night shifts. But overall I really enjoyed my stay with Arcadis.

    Working with Arcadis gives me the opportunity to grow and learned new things. They continuously give me the support that I need as a family and an employee.
    The good thingsI've been working with Arcadis for 5 years now and I've seen how the Management prioritize the needs of their employees specially during the pandemic. We also appreciate the new office and hybrid style of working.
    The challengesI have encountered some challenges before with communication, but it was resolved right away.

    The good thingsYear end shut down, you can spend time with your family Christmas and New Year straight. Company outings, all expense paid. Above market OT rates, paid weekends if official holiday is on a weekend, x2 pay or Saturdays, x3 pay on Sundays.
    The challengesInternal equity is not working well when hiring talents. They pass up on very qualified people just to comply on their internal equity. The company's internal equity needs to change. Also, a lot of other companies have better benefits package (i.e. health, dental, etc.)

    The good thingsWith the benefits they provide and a good working schedule it is important to them want the employee needs by providing good service and excellent solutions.
    The challengesChallenges are part of everyday life so you have to deal with it in order to be a better person that you might go beyond your limit or expectations.
