    Arcadis has been a great company to work for. They really have the philosophy of people first. Of course, it is not perfect. There are some improvements with supporting the needs of their employees especially the night shifts. But overall I really enjoyed my stay with Arcadis.

    Working with Arcadis gives me the opportunity to grow and learned new things. They continuously give me the support that I need as a family and an employee.
    The good thingsI've been working with Arcadis for 5 years now and I've seen how the Management prioritize the needs of their employees specially during the pandemic. We also appreciate the new office and hybrid style of working.

    The good thingsI initially applied for a different position and yet they've reconsidered me for a downgraded role. Very insulting for me to be honest...
    The challengesDon't ever offer downgraded role for applicants who already had a higher role with their previous work. At least perform initial intierviews first before reprofiling applicants.
